About our Founder.
Zuber Lalani, The Founder
Zuber Lalani is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, known for delivering clear, practical financial advice to individuals and business owners alike.
He holds a Master’s in Accounting from Texas Tech University and brings a well-rounded background in public accounting, private sector finance, and small business consulting.
Before founding Lalani CPA, Zuber worked with nationally respected firms including KPMG and Camden Property Trust, where he partnered with real estate companies, healthcare providers, retailers, and investment firms. These experiences gave him deep insight into what drives business success—and how thoughtful accounting can unlock it.
As the son of immigrant entrepreneurs, Zuber saw firsthand the hard work it takes to run a small business. He created Lalani CPA to bring the same level of insight, strategy, and care he offered to large corporations to the business owners and families right here in Sugar Land.
Today, Zuber helps clients with everything from tax planning and entity setup to cash flow strategy and accounting system optimization. His mission is simple: to make accounting feel like a growth tool, not a burden.
